Be Among the First Engineering Firms to Use Project Tracker
Project Tracker by AiME is currently being introduced through a limited pilot program for engineering firms.
The pilot allows selected teams to test the platform with real projects and provide feedback as the software continues to evolve.
Our goal is to work closely with early users to refine the system and ensure it fits the workflows used by Land Development and Public Works teams.
Why Run a Pilot Program?
Engineering projects involve complex workflows that vary between firms.
While Project Tracker has been designed specifically for engineering project lifecycles, real-world feedback from practicing teams is essential to refining the platform.
The pilot program allows participating firms to:
• Evaluate the system using real projects
• Provide input on workflow features
• Help shape the future development of the platform
• Improve visibility across their project portfolio
Pilot Program Structure
The pilot program typically runs for 60 days and includes:
• Initial onboarding session
• Configuration for your firm’s workflow
• Project data setup
• User access for pilot team members
• Ongoing feedback discussions
The pilot is designed to require minimal disruption to existing workflows while allowing teams to experience the benefits of the system.
What the Pilot Includes
Participating firms will receive access to:
Full Project Tracker platform
• Multi-user project tracking
• Workflow automation
• Agency Submittal tracking
• Agency review management
• Action item management
• Agency Signature routing
• Budget tracking importing
• Project dashboards
• Audit history
The goal is to allow firms to evaluate how the platform performs in real project environments
Ideal Pilot Participants
The pilot program is best suited for firms that:
• Manage multiple public works or land development projects
• Coordinate submittals across multiple agencies
• Currently Track project status using spreadsheets or email
• Are interested in improving workflow visibility and accountability with reminders and escalation.
Pilot Program Capacity
To ensure we can work closely with each participating firm, the pilot program will be limited to a small number of organizations.
